Publishing Process
You can publish your book with us in a few steps.
Step - 1
REGISTER YOUR SELF
Register for self publishing by providing your basic contact information. Along with this, also provide brief information about your book. One of our publishing consultant will reach you within 24-72 working hours (after your registration is complete) to explain you the process of book publishing and address your queries.
Step - 2
SUBMIT MANUSCRIPT
If you found that a publishing plan is best for you or you have finalized a plan for your book then you need to share your manuscript by e-mail and wait for our confirmation from review team. In this process our team will ensure that your manuscript does not contain content that violates our publishing policy. After review of your manuscript, you will receive a confirmation email from our team that the manuscript does not violate our publication policy and we can process it further. If your manuscript violates our publication policy, it cannot be processed further. This process can take up to 24 working hours.
Step - 3
MAKE PAYMENT
After confirmation from our team, you have to make advance payment, so that our team can start working on your book. You can make payment through QR code, NEFT, IMPS UPI or online payment gateway wherein you can pay securely by UPI or all major Debit & Credit Cards or Internet Banking or Mobile Wallet facility through Razorpay. Work on your manuscript will start within 15-25 working days after receiving the payment.
Step - 4
WHATSAPP GROUP
After receiving your amount, our customer support team will create a exclusive WhatsApp group for you, in which you will receive proofs and all the updates related to your book publishing process. In this WhatsApp group, apart from the author, there will be members of our team who will remain with the author in the group and provide support until the publication is complete.
Step - 5
POST PUBLISHING
Our team will start working on the cover design and interior layout of your book. Once the PDF of the book is ready, it will be shared in the WhatsApp group for the author to review. After this, we will keep revising your book until you are satisfied and after every revision, a new revised PDF will be shared with you in the WhatsApp group. It is worth noting here that interior or cover revisions will be shared as per the limit mentioned in the plan chosen by the author.
Step - 6
PRINT, SELL & EARN
After the book interior layout and cover design work book is completed, the final print ready proof will be shared with the author for perusal. After the author’s approval on the print ready proof, it will be processed for printing and listing for sell on Amazon, Filpkart and Global Distribution Network, your copies (If the plan you choose includes complimentary copies) will be dispatched. This final process usually takes 15-25 working days. After this, we will print the book under Print on Demand after receiving order from buyers and ensure timely delivery. You will be paid royalty as per the plan chosen by the author on MRP of each book sold.
Must know the timeline before the book publishing process-
The entire process of book publishing from DTP work to publishing usually takes 30 to 45 working days. At times, publishing may take longer due to delay in getting approval from the author.
Also, book publishing may take longer due to the following reasons-
If the interior pages of the author’s book include Images / Tables / Graphs / Illustrations or special formatting then the publishing time including the interior layout work of the author’s book is likely to take longer. When interior pages include Images / Tables / Graphs / Illustrations or special formatting, the layout work usually takes at least 30-60 working days.
Additionally, cover design work takes a minimum of 10 working days and a maximum of 30 working days. If you are short of time to publish your book, you can look for another publisher. Whereas the interior layout work of a book having only running text matter takes about 15-25 working days.
Sometimes, due to the workload at the publishing house, the interior layout and cover design work may take more time, but our team members always tries to publish the author’s book as soon as possible. If you do not have patience and time, then do not contact our publication to get your book published.
